Advertising Guarantee Refund – Policy and Procedures

Refund Policy

To qualify for our 50% money back advertising guarantee you must be a real estate broker or agent and have purchased a six-month advertising agreement. The program does not include display or non-real estate broker or agent property listing ads. Only the first six-month period is included and or covered by our guarantee. If you elect to renew your agreement for additional six-month periods you will then forfeit any future claims to the initial advertising period guarantee or any subsequent renewal periods. You must also agree to and accept all e-mail notifications for copy deadlines, property alert lead notifications, property alerts and marketing information letters. Unsubscribing to any of our e-mail notices will void your advertising guarantee. Your account must be paid current at the time of requesting your advertising guarantee refund.

Refund Procedures

Should you decide that you are unhappy with the results that you have received from your advertising in Texas Real Estate magazine and would like to request a refund under our exclusive advertising results guarantee, please follow the instructions listed below.

  • 1.    Send us a letter stating the specific reason for your dissatisfaction after completion of your initial advertising contract period. Requests should be made within 30 days of your contracted last issue delivery/distribution date. (Requests made in advance of advertising agreement completion will not be honored)

  • 2.    State in you letter the amount you expect to receive and the address you wish the payment sent.

  • 3.    Make sure that your account is paid in full as per the terms of the advertising guarantee agreement.

Should there be any discrepancy in the amount you desire to be reimbursed we will contact you within 5-business days of your request to discuss the discrepancy.

If you desire to advertise in Texas Real Estate magazine again in the future you will be required to:
 
  • 1.    Repay all prior advertising guarantee reimbursements.

  • 2.    Waive any results guarantees on future advertising.

You will receive your reimbursement within 30-work days of the time your request becomes valid should there be no discrepancies.
