The South Blair Ranch is a multi-use ranch that offers good hunting as well as livestock production opportunities. Terrain is diverse and elevations range from approximately 1,700′ – 1,800′. Two arroyos are found on the property, both draining from north to south towards the Double Mountain Fork of the Brazos River which is less than a quarter of a mile from the south boundary of the ranch in places. These arroyos offer good topographic relief to the ranch as well as exceptional wildlife habitat.
Cover consists of mesquite and cedar and is generally considered to be dense over much of the property. Grass turf is considered to be in good condition.
The South Blair Ranch is located almost due east of the majestic Double Mountains in Stonewall County, just south of the farm and ranch community of Aspermont.
The property is considered to be well watered with approximately ten surface tanks as well as additional seasonal water in the draws and arroyos.
